What is your minimum order quantity?
Standard parts can start from one carton for a trial order. Drawing based custom parts are quoted per item and depend on tooling.
Which standards do you manufacture to?
DIN, ISO, ANSI / ASTM, JIS and BS. We also produce strictly to customer drawings and samples.
Can you provide material and coating certificates?
Yes. Mill certificates, mechanical property reports, salt spray test reports and PPAP style documentation are available on request.
What is your typical lead time?
Stocked standard parts ship within 7 to 15 days. Custom production normally takes 25 to 45 days depending on quantity and process.
